Semi-sparkling white wine
Refermented in the bottle


This wine, made with the old method using natural yeasts only, is the classic “Vin Col Fondo”, or literally “wine on the lees”, which tastes sweeter thanks to the high-level sugar grapes from the highest rays between the raws. It is bottled according to the weather conditions and temperatures. After few weeks is suffer a process of spontaneous fermentation in the bottle and afterwards a second refermentation (called “presa di spuma”) to reach the bobbles. The result is a fickle wine with a slight deposit of yeasts at the bottom of the bottle. The taste is harmonic and slightly fruity. To enjoy it at best, we suggest to pour slowly the wine in a glass jug or directly into the glasses leaving the dregs in the bottle. Serving temperature: 6-8° C.
